Timberlane Heights is located just north of the town of Grand Lake. This is an ideal quiet neighborhood! It is located only 10 minutes from Grand Lake and 40 minutes from Winter Park. You can easily go boating on the lake or hit the ski slopes at either Ski Granby Ranch or Winter Park Resort.
Location and Community
Located just off Highway thirty-four, Timberlane Heights is located very close to the Granby Pump Canal which is ideal for fishing. You can also walk along the canal in Timberlane Heights.
Surrounding Activities
Rocky Mountain National Park is waiting to be explored! The park sits about 15 minutes away from Timberlane Heights if you drive. Inside the park is 415 square miles of beauty, nature, wildlife, and opportunity for adventure. Just next 10 minutes away from Timberlane Heights you will find Shadow Mountain Lake which connects to Colorado's largest natural lake, Grand Lake. Lake Granby is located very close to Timberlane Heights. These lakes are perfect for boating, swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and much more. In the winter when the lakes freeze over you can snowmobile, ice fish, and occasionally skate. The town of Grand Lake also offers plenty of shopping, events, and restaurants.
