I am Brenda Freeman, a real estate broker who loves helping people and understands that strong  relationships are fundamental to success. I always strive for this mindset and am committed to  delivering the best possible service to my clients. I can't do this alone. I have a very strong team of  professionals who help me every step of the way. With years of expertise and education, I am honored  to be one of Grand County's most sought-after realtors. Every deal is personal, and I aim to ensure each  client receives the highest level of care and advocacy. My reputation is built on meticulous market  analysis, discerning price and trend assessments, and exemplary communication, organizational skills,  and professional demeanor. 

Furthermore, I am privileged to have the assistance of Brooke Bowman, a licensed real estate agent.  Brooke's Grand County roots run deep. Her attitude reflects that of many youths raised in Grand County.  It encompasses the common desire among students to venture out for new experiences but eventually  circle back, recognizing Grand County as the ultimate place to be! Brooke's academic pursuits led her to  Fort Collins, where she completed her Business Degree at CSU, only to be drawn back to the familiar  charms and unparalleled beauty of Grand County, which she proudly calls home. 

With four years of experience under her belt, and her Spanish speaking ability Brooke's real estate  career continues to flourish alongside me. I am honored to have Brooke on my team. As with most of my  client relationships, her connection to me is personal—her parents purchased their home from me  when she was just 11-years-old. This longstanding relationship with Brooke’s family has only fortified  our bond. Together, Brooke and I share an intimate understanding of this amazing area. We're eager to  leverage our collective knowledge and passion for real estate to aid you in providing a smooth  transaction while understanding how hard it might be to relocate.  

During my college years in the early '90s, I often visited my friend's house off Jerico Road, where I  stumbled upon Grand Lake. This spot quickly became my Zen place. After the tragedy of 9/11, I needed  to get away and find peace. That's when I met Dave, a restaurant owner in Grand Lake. Soon thereafter,  I found my home like so many have done before me. Dave and I are the proud owners of Sagebrush BBQ  & Grill ,I am focused on my real estate career and Dave continues to run the Sagebrush. I am the proud  mother of three grown children raised in Grand Lake. I am actively involved in local charities, and the  community gives me a unique perspective into the heartbeat of this beautiful county. I am a Master  Certified Negotiating Expert (MCNE), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and GRI Certified Real Estate  Advisor. I strongly value my association with LIV Sotheby's, which allows me to deliver white-glove  service to clients and offer remarkable market reach and range on a national and global level.
