Meadow Ridge is located in the wonderful town of Fraser. It is located 10 minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort, and just 4 minutes from the town of Winter Park. At the heart of Meadow Ridge Lodges is the Meadow Ridge Clubhouse, a hub of activity and relaxation. The clubhouse features:

There are 3 wonderful lakes located about 45 minutes from Meadow Ridge Lodges where you can paddle board, camp, boat, kayak, etc.
Home Owner’s Association
The HOA dues vary depending on what building the unit is located in. They range from between $500-$700 per month. HOA amenities include:
