Located just off Highway forty, Granby Ranch is conveniently located in a large community with  plenty of activities to do. Inside this large community, is its very own ski area. This ski area has two main mountains and two chairlifts. It is the perfect ski area for those who are learning. Granby Ranch also has a large variety of hiking trails located all around the subdivision. You can even hike up to a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the town of Granby! Granby is the gem of Grand County and also the most central location.
 

Surrounding Activities

Rocky Mountain National Park is waiting to be explored! The park sits about 25 minutes away from Granby Ranch if you drive. Inside the park is 415 square miles of beauty, nature, wildlife, and opportunity for adventure. Just next 20 minutes away from Granby Ranch you will find Shadow Mountain Lake which connects to Colorado's largest natural lake, Grand Lake. Both these lakes are perfect for boating, swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and much more. In the winter when the lakes freeze over you can snowmobile, ice fish, and occasionally skate. The town of Granby also offers plenty of shopping, events, and restaurants. 
 

Home Owner’s Association

Granby Ranch HOA has many benefits. As a member of the HOA you gain access to countless amenities including Ranch Hall Clubhouse, golf rounds, ski passes, private access to the Fraser River, hiking trails, and more! This HOA also has a design review board that reviews all new home builds or any modifications to existing homes. The design review board approves all applications. 
 

Granby Ranch Golf Course

Located in the neighborhood you will find one of Colorado's best golf courses. This 18-hole course sits at 8,100 feet, has a double-ended driving range, and is a great course for both experienced and inexperienced golfers. Often times golfers have spotted wildlife such as elk, mule deer, pronghorn, golden eagles, and countless other wildlife while playing the course! Private lessons are offered as well as golf camps, clinics, and demo days. This golf course also has a dress code. All golfers must wear collared shirts or appropriate golf shirts.
