Fairways at Pole Creek is located just south of the town of Granby. Plenty of forest and wildlife surrounds the area. The neighborhood is private and offers the perfect getaway that you will always be happy to return to. Fairways at Pole Creek sits about fourteen miles from the town of Winter Park, or a twenty-minute drive. Granby is about a fifteen-minute drive from Fairways at Pole Creek. Winter Park Ski resort also is just around the corner, just a twenty-three-minute drive away so you can hit the slopes easily. 
 

Location and Community 

Located just off County Road 5, Fairways at Pole Creek is a private community that sits adjacent to on one of the best golf courses in the state . Inside this community is a very friendly and welcoming neighborhood that has gorgeous views of the golf course. Home Owner’s Association rules also prevent eyesores such as neglected properties and homes or recreational vehicles left outdoors. The Fairways at Pole Creek spans over 1000 acres and has countless walking trails to enjoy. 
  

Pole Creek Golf Course

Located in the neighborhood you will find one of Colorado's best golf courses. This course has been named 2022 Best Mountain Golf Course, Best Apres Golf, 3rd for Best Conditions and 3rd for Best Service - Avid Golfer Caggy Awards. Pole Creek Golf Course is one of the few public 27-hole golf courses in the state. It is a 7,107 yard course that contains 3 different courses varying in elevation, scenery, and landscape. The Ridge course has more drastic elevation changes while the Meadow and Ranch courses are more even and all levels can play. 
 

Home Owner’s Association

Fairways at Pole Creek does have an HOA which is run by at least three individual members. Members are elected to one-year terms. The HOA manages all common areas and the landscaping to keep the neighborhood looking clean and attractive. Fairways at Pole Creek also has a design review committee which means that anyone that is a part of the community and is building a home must abide by the design guidelines and architectural standards. Fairways at Pole Creek also contains underground utilities and has paved roads along with plowing in the winter. This HOA is one of the most prestigious in the county, making it a highly desirable neighborhood.

Made up of approximately 1000 acres. The neighborhood is 70% developed with 105 homes and 151 vacant lots. Since June of 2023, six homes sold, and eleven lots were sold.
